Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Trade Masters. We build premium charting utilities, custom scripts, indicators, and provide educational dashboard analytics to support trading research. Please read our policy regarding refunds and cancellations carefully.

1. Digital Product & Instant Provisioning Policy

Due to the digital and proprietary nature of our services, custom indicators, MT5 templates, and live dashboard analytics, all sales and subscription activations are strictly final.

• We do not offer money-back guarantees, trial periods (except where explicitly marked), or refunds under any circumstances.
• Once access is provisioned to your TradingView account or your user dashboard, the deliverables are considered fully rendered and consumed.
• All subscription charges (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly) are completely non-refundable.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You have full control over your membership and can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future automatic renewals:

• To cancel, navigate to your Dashboard Settings and select the cancellation option, or contact our support team.
• If you cancel your subscription, your premium access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
• No partial refunds or credits will be issued for any unused time remaining in your current billing cycle.

3. Payment Gateway Security

All payments are securely processed through Razorpay using direct UPI methods. Trade Masters does not collect or store any payment data, bank accounts, or UPI credentials on our servers.

4. Support Contact

If you experience technical issues accessing your indicators, setting up your alerts, or managing your dashboard profile, please reach out to us. We will assist you to resolve any configuration issues within 24 hours.
