Welcome to Trade Masters. These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations governing your access and use of our website, dashboard, private Telegram groups, indicators, tools, and all educational assets (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or subscribing to our Services, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Services.

1. Educational & Non-Advisory Disclaimer

Trade Masters is exclusively an educational and research platform. All contents, data indicators, algorithms, model portfolios, alerts, and trading discussions are provided for analytical and educational purposes only.

  • We are NOT registered as investment advisors with SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) or any other financial regulatory authority.
  • No service, alert, or chart representation provided by us constitutes personalized financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.
  • Trading in stock markets, options, futures, and other financial instruments carries a substantial level of risk and can result in significant financial loss. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. We strongly advise consulting a certified, SEBI-registered advisor before executing live market trades.

2. Subscription and Account Registration

To access premium services, you must register a unique account. You agree to provide accurate and complete details (such as email, phone, and Telegram handle) and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. Sharing your premium account credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without warning.

⚠️ Strict No-Refund & No Money-Back Policy

Due to the digital nature of our assets, live signals, and custom indicator templates, all sales are final. We do not offer any money-back guarantees, trial periods, or partial/full refunds under any circumstances. Once subscription access is provisioned, you are granted complete entitlement to the digital deliverables, and the service is deemed fully delivered. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent auto-renewal, but no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the current billing cycle.

3. TradingView Indicators & Algorithmic Software

Subscribers to certain tiers may get access to our custom TradingView indicator scripts (e.g., Trade Masters Extreme). These indicators are proprietary software. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use these scripts for personal educational charting. You must not decompile, copy, distribute, modify, or resell our Pine Scripts or indicator code.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials contained within the Services, including graphics, charts, logos, design templates, signal logs, performance data, and proprietary formulations, are the exclusive intellectual property of Trade Masters. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercialization of these materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Trade Masters, its founders, operators, or contractors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including trading losses, capital depreciation, loss of profits, data errors, or network downtime arising from the use or inability to use our Services.

6. Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our Services, plans, or prices at any time. We also reserve the right to revise these Terms periodically. Continued usage of the Services after terms updates are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
